I've used a Laserjet 2100 for some time. Recenlty, after some Windows update, I can't print anything. The printer shows it is set as default, but when I go to print something the document just sits in the queue. The "Use Printer Offline" box is checked...I've unchecked it, but have the same problem.
When I boot up the computer, the "Use Printer Offline" is checked again.
The printer is connected via usb cable to my laptop.
I'm running Windows 7, 64 bit.
I've tried using the HP driver support program, but it won't detect that I have an HP printer connected to my computer.
Any help appreciated.
