After I clicked on a puppy video from yahoo home page, my laptop really got it's knickers in a twist.
That safesear.ch took over the browsers. I was really upset and asked Nortons what to do (another mistake at this point) The person said they had to access my laptop. Took over an hour and when they were through, no FireFox IE11 acted weird - then pouf that 'thing' was back!! I filled out Nortons survey - needless to say they never replied!! Then I got hold of them again yesterday and the person worked on it and it 'seems' okay now. This morning a friend told me about this forum. He said to run RKILL - I did and have the log. But I don't know what to do next. I saw 100.sexlinks.com that shocked me!!
If anyone has any advice for me. I run Norton Internet Security and Malewarebytes.
