Slow start-ups, A few blue screens, a few error messages.

Being a fan of TechGuylabs, I  was listening one day and he mentioned this site and another called SuperGeeks.com? Anyway I went there and downloaded "Reimage" good 4 3 computers unlimited support turns out it's a registry cleaner. I called the guy to get it installed, he took over my computer and when he was in Task Manager found 1532 Events in the Event viewer.mainly Yellow triangle a few Red Critical and a few Red Error. Source; Diagnostics  Performance

Task Category: Boot Perf. ,Shutdown Perf. System Perf., As my title Topic reads, would I be better off wiping the drive and re installing . But even as I say that, I realize I don't have the install disc. So hopefully I have a partition in the memory with a copy of it I have never done anything like this involved before. I feel capable to do it if someone could guide me. Thank You,

Almost...but not quite :).

Vista is your operating system (O/S).

But what is the brand and model of your computer?  Who made it, who's name/logo is on it?

I was asking/pointing it out to hamluis. You don't need to find out, I'm sure he will continue to help you in this thread

System Specs

Apologies for the delayed response...I have never installed Vista so I don't usually post in this forum.

Please post the link that you visited to download previously mentioned program.

In general...I think it's very foolish for anyone to give access to her/his system to a total stranger via the Internet....with possible exceptions being authorized representatives of the system manufacturer or Microsoft, so I really don't know what to tell you.
