Whenever I get past the first opening cinematic the game will crash to a white screen and say that it's not responding. It does this even on the lowest video settings in DirectX 9.

My CPU and video card temps have stayed in a normal range the whole time. I have tried rolling back and updating the video drivers and that did not work. I have also reinstalled the game twice. I can't seem to figure out what's causing it.

What are your specs? Is the game pirated? Pirated games have a tendency to die and crash, because of unstable cracks.

Do you have the minimum requirements for the game?

Try running it and then checking the event viewer logs for more information. Goto control panel-administrative tools-event viewer and checking the system and application logs.Google the event id if you see something related to your game. Hope this is helpful.
