I've had this Bsod about 5 times in the last 2 days, twice today, I've gone through and updated my drivers before the last time it happened.

Can someone please talk me through how to fix this please?

Running windows 8.1 64bit with iobit advanced system care ultimate 7 with antivirus.

Thanks

Hi Kabloomybuzz ^_^,

I would need the Dump files in order to analyse the situation your system is in and help cure it ^_^.

Please note that without the Dump files, I can't help you out.

Kindly ZIP Up the dump files and then upload them to a File Hoster like Mediafire. The Dump files are located in "C:\Windows\Minidumps". You might need to copy them to some other folder before zipping them due to permission issues.

Once they are uploaded, paste back a link to it here and I would be glad to analyse them ^_^.

Hi ^_^,

Kindly make sure that the generation of Dump files has been set to Kernel Dumps using the below guide -

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html

Also, if all settings are correct and you are still not getting any dump files then see if enabling Driver Verifier using the below guide helps in the their generation -

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Let me know how it goes ^_^

I see that there is one driver from BitDefender which is running which means BitDefender was not uninstalled correctly. Kindly run the below cleaner Tool to remove the Bitdefender completely -

http://kb.bitdefender.com/site/article/333/

Kindly uninstall the below apps as well till the time we are troubleshooting this issue -

  • IOBit Software
  • MalwareBytes using this **TOOL**.
  • Daemon Tools since it is known to cause problems.

Once this is done, kindly turn on Windows Defender to make sure that your PC stays protected.

Let me know how it goes ^_^
