Unidentified Malware Problems

Hello!

Sometimes, when I visit a webpage I get a popup box telling me to redirect to different pages. Sometimes it says I need to update my Java Attached File  uncrop1.jpg   70.38KB   0 downloads, sometimes it says that I need to update some kind of Intel program. When I close the box, click on to the box or just press back I will always be directed to the webpage the box mentioned. In the first example it says my Java needs updating and then continues to direct me to another web page which is supposedly the Java website which in reality looks nothing like the actual Java website. The website it directs me to has a web adress similar to these Attached File  uncrop2.jpg   36.59KB   0 downloads. Even without clicking anything it sometimes leads to it automatically downloading a file called something like "SetUp" or "InstallMe". My  expired McAfee seems to quarentine these files Attached File  uncrop3.jpg   31.69KB   0 downloads

 

I have an expired McAfee subscription which quarantines files but my main antivirus is YAC but in the past I have done scans using Malwarebytes. All of these antivirus programs have detected some stuff which has needed to be fixed and I carried out the steps to fix what was apparently wrong but yet this problem still persists. 

 

This is my first post so I am sorry if I haven't been clear! Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated, and if any more information is needed then please ask!

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan again:

  • Download DDS by sUBs from the following link if you no longer have it available and save it to your destop.

    DDS.com Download Link
  • Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  • A small box will open, with an explanation about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.
