For the past several days, I have been hearing audio advertisements at random times on the computer.  Multiple instances of iexplore.exe are always running in the background, and I must manually kill them constantly in order to stop the audio ads.  I am an experienced IT professional, but I've been unable to solve this problem and remove this adware.  I have tried about 8 different anti-malware programs, and none of them can even detect a problem.  It seems that the ads start only after I have manually started one instance of Internet Explorer.  I'm thinking some BHO could be involved, but I can't figure it out.

I hope someone can help me.  Please let me know what programs to run or logs to post.  Thank you!  Here is my dds.txt log file...

I may have solved this myself.  When the audio ads were occurring, I used ProcessExplorer to look for clues.  There was a DLL called procol.dll that was attached to the iexplore.exe process.  The DLL was located in C:\Users\Dan\AppData\Roaming\itesing.  The file date on procol.dll was 10/27/2014, so I knew it was recently added to my computer.  I wasn't able to delete this DLL until I booted into Safe Mode with Command Prompt.  Since I removed that file, I have not had any audio ads playing.

I now see that this file procol.dll is becoming recognized as a virus in the past week or so...
