Erreur ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

hello everyone

my problem is that I can't access to wakanim.tv although I could visit this site normally last 2 or 3 days, a troubleshooting windows pops up "Page Web inaccessible" "Code d'erreur : ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED."

I don't understand why I even try with another search engine but with the same result.

this happened only with this site,others work filne.

have you ever had this problem before?

I need solution, please!

Could be a number of things -- the website could be down, your firewall could be blocking the connection, it could even be malware.
