Ricoh Aficio MP161 printer. Scan to email problem. One of my customers has the aforementioned printer at home on his home network. Not in an enterprise/AD/LDAP/exchange server type situation. I was able to get the printer to send the scan to his email from his email,but can't send the scan from the printer to anyone else's email. He also wants his wife's email to be able to do the same thing, but so far, I can't get hers to even send to herself. Help please. Any pitfalls in scan to email setup that might cause this?
