I was suggested to move this topic to networking..

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/555419/proxy-server-error-on-browsers-virus/

Like I said in that. The problem started after I accidentally installed some spyware. I've already uninstalled it, and gone through a bunch of different scans that the person suggested I go through.. Then, in the last comment, he said he didnt know, and maybe someone in Networking could help me. What do you think..?

Boot into safe mode with networking again and see if you can uncheck the proxy setting. see if it stays unchecked. Did you run the tools he asked you to in safe mode? If not run them in safe mode.

Hope this helps thumbup.gif
