remove a bios password off of a Hp ProBook 6550B Laptop its much appreciated

We can't help you circumvent/bypass a password it's against the rules. It's likely we couldn't help anyways. Most newer systems have whats called a TPM chip and cannot be bypassed. Only HP can do that with special codes once they cross reference the serial numbers and UUID's of the laptop itself. So it is suggested to take it up with HP support. http://www8.hp.com/us/en/supportforums.html

If you know the current password you boot into the BIOS and change the password to nothing.
