Hello all!

I work IT for a large number of schools and it would serve my time best to be able to run a .bat file to run cleaners on my users' machines. Is there a way that any of you know about to bypass the "Press any key to continue" or the "Start" button on these cleaners via the command prompt? Any help would be much appreciated.
