Hi folks. WOnderful site. Come here often. In my travels I ran across a tool and didn't keep a copy and I'm trying to find it.

After running your various anti virus, malware, etc., tools, I'm usually left taking all of that off the computer after the work is done.

I ran across a tool by one of your authors that cleans up all the tools used to get rid of the nasties. I just don't remember where I got it,

but I vaguely remember it was from one of your authors sites...

Does this ring a bell?

It worked like a charm.

Like say I used adw, JRT and so on, and then as a clean up ran this tool I'm talking about and it got rid of all the tools I used on the client computer.

Love to have it back and any help appreciated.

Thank you.

I believe the tool you are looking for is Delfix.

This is the standard reply that would most likely be used by our Malware Removal Team members when asking for it to be used for clean up.

bwebb7v.jpgDownload Delfix from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Ensure Remove disinfection tools is checked.
  • Also place a checkmark next to:
    • Create registry backup
    • Purge system restore
    delfix.jpg
  • Click the Run button.
