Hi guys, first time poster, long time reader!!

This is a very strange situation and im absolutely stumped.

Neither my printer technical support or Server technical support can help so i thought i would post to see if any of you have the knowledge to sort out my predicament!

First of all i will document the products that im using.

Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit

Sharp MX-2300N Laser Printer Installed with PCL6 printing over network using Netgear WNA3100M

VMWare SSL-VPN Plus Client Software to access server based files and Remote Desktop Connection

I have multiple clients who use this server software to access files and all have the printer installed the same way "Typical Installation" method.

My problem is when anybody is signed into server to access remote documents, documents are then "Printed" but the document never actually spools with the printer.

I have to load the document, log back out of server, spool the document which will then successfully print.

This problem only happened after moving offices, while at the same time, routers were upgraded.

Im unsure if i have provided enough information to actually determine a cause, i will be here for hours whilst at work so i can answer any questions you have:)

I would try reinstalling the printer with correct drivers...before looking into the possibility of a Windows problem.

This part is a little confusing. "Sharp MX-2300N Laser Printer Installed with PCL6 printing over network using Netgear WNA3100M" Can you explain with further detail exactly how the printer and or pc is hooked up?

The printer that you have either connects tpc/ip cat5 cable to router/switch or, It connects to a server/pc with a USB cable. If it's connected USB then the machine hosting the printer needs to be on before it can share printing over the network. In otherwords it's best to have it hooked up to the router. Anyone on the network can communicate with the printer then at anytime.

The WNA3100M is just a USB wireless nic dongle for a pc that has no wifi nic.
