Download BlueScreenView:

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.

when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All

Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt

Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

Okay. Thanks! I have downloaded the driver and will post an update later today or tomorrow (give it time) to show the error.

Allan

Sorry I took so long to give my update. So far my computer hasn't crashed since I did what you said above.

I tried to give it a lot of time because objects seem to know when you are trying to fix them and then they never bring up the problem

when you think you have a solution. Thanks again.
