Problem With Spam Mail In Outlook

Hi,
I have a little problem related to spam mail.Each and every time I get the spam mail with different e-mail address and subject but the content(body of the message ) same.I tried the rule in outlook to to send the mail with specified e-mail address and subject to deleted item but no luck because like I mentioned earlier the e-mail came with different e-mail address and subject.Even I tried the rule to send the e-mail with definte content in body to be send to deleted item but I donít know why it still contonuously comes in my inbox.So I want the help about how to prevent such junk e-mail from coming to my inbox without using any software like qurb and other which prevent such junk e-mail.If anyone knows the trick or method to prevent the such junk e-mail from coming to my inbox without using any junk e-mail filtering software please help.I have attached the the e-mail sample which frequently used to come in my inbox with this post.

This may not directly answer your question, but I have found that the best method to filtre junk E-mail is at the E-mail provider's server, many of whom have a filtering system based on data from all E-mail users. Be sure you have the provider's filtre turned on; if you do not have that functionality, find a E-mail provider that does (Yahoo or Google, for example).
A second trick of the trade is to have one E-mail address that you give out to family and trusted friends and colleagues, and several other "throw away" addresses (Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) that you can provide to others or for registering dubious software, etc.. As the latter begin to fill up with crudmail, you can easily delete the account and start another.
