I want to move my iTunes library from my windows 7 laptop to a portable hard drive.  I tried following the instructions from the hard drive manufacturer (Seagate) but the number of files and the total size of files does not match.

Can anyone provide suggestions on a program that will make a mirror image of my iTunes?  My laptop hard drive is full and I need to move iTunes to my new 2 tb portable drive.

Thanks in advance.

What were the specific instructions from the drive manufacturer did you follow?

Was it this? http://www.seagate.com/do-more/how-to-move-your-itunes-library-to-an-external-drive-master-dm/
