Virus on a website

Zonealarm has just detected a virus, but the path is a website: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dcucwo6r70...52.36.png?dl=0

How is this detected, and what does it mean please? smile.png

Means that if Zone Alarm is a good antivirus I am tram.Post the path of website.Cannot see well in this screenshot.
