Specifically: Failure to load the application settings for package microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_8wekyb3d8bbwe. Error Code: 5

 

I have like 1000s of that error code.  Does anyone know what it means?

Oh... meant to add.  I have 16gb of memory and i run out constantly. computer is rendered useless and will not shut down without pressing the "red" button.  This has become a normal everyday occurrence.  boot drive is samsung ssd 840 250gb
