I want to get a desktop gaming pc that can run games at ultra settings, my price range is around £1000 can i do it ?

that depends which is better I'm not sure how to build them but I don't mind learning. I need a powerfull pc for around £1000 and then a moniter and keyboard for around 150. Thanks for the help
