For the past ten days, I've been getting an info window in NS 8.1 stating I have to download and install PSM in order to access the page I was attempting to get to, always one that required logon. I went to both NS and Mozilla forums and the response was reload NS 8.1. That went well for almost a day and then it reoccurred. I mave McAfee live and Spyware Dr live running 24/7. As well, I've performed a full scan with McAfee and Spy Dr, plus AdAware and Spybot S&D, with the only results being a few cookies files that were normal, but I deleted them anyway. Please don't suggest using IE or the IE engine of NS 8.1 as I prefer the behavior and response of NS over IE. Any help or suggestions (short of "Format 'C'") will be helpful and appreciated.
