I'm using Chrome on windows 7 and on nearly every site I visit, I see words underlined in blue text/green text that link to advertisements.  I've read that certain extensions in Chrome can cause this issue, but I do not have any enabled.  I am also seeing advertisements open in new tabs when I browse, which began at the same time I started seeing the advertisement links.  I ran a scan in Microsoft Security Essentials but did not get any results.  Any help to resolve this problem is appreciated.
