-3rd Gen Intel Core i7 374OQM
-Ultra Sharp FHD 1920x1080 15.6”
-Nvidia Quadro K2000M 2GB(in addition to a more standard graphics card)
-Windows 7
-No Raid
-750GB 7200rpm HDD
-Dell Wireless 1540 802
-16GB DDR3-1600 SDRAM 2 DIMM

Just a quick back story...I have had an unbelievable amount of problems with this machine. Dell on-site just replaced the motherboard and HDD(which came with windows 7 installed). I have been able to research and fix some errors on my own, however even with the update of drivers, I am still seeing some errors present after booting up.

The SI TSS v1.2.1.41 TCS service depends on the TPM Base Services service which failed to start because of the following error:

The operation completed successfully.

Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application. The system administrator should review the list of libraries to ensure they are related to trusted applications.

Intel® 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection
Network link is disconnected.

WLAN AutoConfig service has successfully stopped.

WLAN Extensibility Module has stopped.
Module Path: C:\Windows\System32\bcmihvsrv64.dll

The WvPCR service depends on the TPM Base Services service which failed to start because of the following error:
The operation completed successfully.

21:37:12, Sun, Nov 02, 14 Error - Unable to set enhanced country code

Trying to get this machine error free before I go back to video editing. Thanks for the help!

Hello,

I may be able to provide some simple advice on your situation.  If not, the more experienced members here will step in to help out.  In order for us to help diagnose your system and provide advice we will need you to provide some basic info, using the following instructions:

Please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy, following the instructions at the following site- http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.

Please also download the MiniToolBox program from the following location: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/search/?keyword=minitoolbox   save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

List Minidump Files

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

I also wanted to add the following concerning the following error message you've reported:

Error Message: ”Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application. The system administrator should review the list of libraries to ensure they are related to trusted applications.”

The above two error messages seem to occur due to Kaspersky Internet Security possibly being installed on your computer. If Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 is installed on your computer, the process of rating Windows 7 performance cannot be successfully completed; try the fix listed at the following website:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_install/event-id-11-source-microsoft-windows-wininit/cf21d920-4a10-4b67-a850-c59b5f20d658

Thanks Torvald, you guys are awesome. Great suggestion on Kaspersky, but I do not have that program installed....at least not that I am able to find or knowingly downloaded. I have Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essentials.

Just an opinion...but a system that has a history of hardware problems...is not necessarily likely to be trustworthy or addressed via a forum like this.  Seems highly unlikely that anyone here can discover/remedy items which Dell could not overcome.

FWIW, there is no indication of overheating or other hardware problems that I can see.

The install of Windows is recent...looking at the messages you posted, I would ignore them.  Some are not even errors, although they may appear as such or as warnings.

Disregarding all Event Viewer messages...what problems are you experiencing with this system?

Thanks for chiming in Louis.

First, you may be giving Dell too much credit! Ha. They just keep telling me to re-install windows. Every now and then you can find an informative Dell tech, but it's tough.

I agree that some seem to sound like normal occurrences. My goal is to get this machine clean, before I continue to use it for the purpose of video editing. Before this current replacement of the mobo and hdd...six months or so earlier, the mobo, nvidia graphics card, all 16gb RAM and wireless card were replaced.....and 6 months before that, the entire machine was replaced.

The main issues have been the vast number of BSODs and boot up delays. It felt like each error was piling on top of others, acting very sensitive and there was not a definitive link to why. At least that no one could find. I would receive following errors at random, often repeated.

0xBE
0xD1
0x4E
0x01
0x7E
0x50
0x0A
0x1E
0x3B
0xC2

Personally, I felt that things were probably just misaligned, easy driver fix or something. Recently, someone suggested sending all my cache memory(not just adobe products) to an external device. Ultimately, just trying to get a good foundation set and all the kinks resolved before I unload some heavy work onto this machine.

Understood :).

The key components of video editing are simple...a CPU and a storage partition that is error-free and routinely defragged.  With your CPU, you have the horsepower to render fairly fast.  I've been editing video on systems since my AMD X2 3800 days and the better the processor, the faster the rendering time.  For a person like me, the time doesn't really matter but for many...faster is better.

I find that as long I run chkdsk /r, followed by a defrag of the storage partition...it all goes well.

I would suggest that you get in the habit of making routine backups, if you are in the habit of doing such now.  An ounce of prevention...is worth a pound of cure, as the cliche goes :).

Cool stuff Louis. Thank you.

Would you recommend also defragging the external, where I keep all my footage/projects....or just the PC itself?

All partitions, other than those on a SSD...should be routinely defragged.  Defragmentation can account for a number of those mysterious issues that users have and receive no warnings alerting them that the partition needs to be defragged.

It doesn't have to be done every day/week...but it should be done routinely, IMO, with my preference being after a chkdsk /r  (but NOT every chkdsk /r).
