So I downloaded a Windows 7 ISO to install it, when I installed it, the first thing I did was run Malwarebytes and an Avast! scan, both found malware and removed it, after that I went into safemode with Superantispyware and Malwarebytes again, nothing found besides tracking cookies, am I fine?

I also ran CCleaner,Rkill, and another Avast! scan after that(not in safe mode).

Did you download the iso from this following site? I would not trust any other source.

That site looks a little dodgy especially because they also link to Microsoft Windows 8 Enterprise. I would download Ultimate from the link I provided.
