hello friends 

please solve my problem i am break up administrator password when i use cmd for example 

(net user company name * ) but cmd is not working it said asses denied 5 error when i am try 

the safe mode is also not working i am client and i have no rights to open any one then i want to break a admiistrator password plz any body help me ...................

plz give me the solution i am so distribe
