Hello and welcome to Bleeping Computer.

Here is my philosopy, which is also on my profile page

"I believe there are no dumb, stupid questions. Not knowing does not make one stupid."

You got questions, ask them.

We will do our best to help you. All of us were new to computers at one time and had to learn. We are still learning every day.

There are many causes for a computer slow down.

Sometimes it is better to post your issue in the appropriate forum, with as many details as possible, and hopefully we will be able to help you.
