Need Help understanding CBS.log file after scan-disc found corrupt files.

I ran scan disc and after it says i have several corrupt files that it wasnt able to repair.  I have posted below just a few of the entries on the cbs.log.  Can someone please help me to fix these issues??

Hello happyjack, Have you tried running command chkdsk /r? Also, install speccy from downloads section pls and publish a snapshot link.

I also cant START MALWAREBYTES.  I DOWNLOADED Camelion went thru all 13 tests but still it wont stART.

i have tried several times to open a command prompt as admin but its not opening.  when i click just command prompt no admin the prompt pops up.  I am getting there from the bottom left of my desktop then right \clicking.

Finally the admin command prompt came up.  I am running chkdsk /r now.

everything i clickon in windows explorer goes (Not Responding)  

 

chkdsk/r sais The type of file system is NTFS

cannot lock current drive. 

 

 

but then it went not responding when I tried to snip it and send it to send you

Well cmd prompt not opening is a bad sign :) Is this computer recovering from a malware/virus? Was this computer repaired with new hardware cpu/mobo etc?

i may have A VIRUS.  bUT NO ANTI VIRUS SCANS ARE PICKING IT UP.   THE CMD PROMPT CA,ME UP FINALLY.  IT WASNT THAT THAT WAS NOT RESPONDIONG .  it was the snip it the caused that.  But I have noticed quite often things not responding fopr long times over 3 min sometimes.   I havent had any repairs done.  

 

 

I rAN HOUSECALL WHICH SAID NO THREats.   AVG though has blocked a couple viruses and quarantined them

I did set the pc to run a chkdsk when eever i reboot the system.

Ok I was going to say you could try chkdsk C: /f /r /x

cant lock the drive because another process is using it. then it gives me option torun it swhen  i reboot.
