Can someone please advise me on how to fix and re-formated my thumb drive...................it worked fine 2 days ago and today it says it need to be re-formatted ...........................Thanks

Are you aware you will lose ALL information/data etc etc on it when you reformat it...?

 

Perhaps you need to tell us a little more.....what was on the drive,...was it ejected improperly,...is your pc showing any unusual signs apart for this..?/??
