Running Windows 7 Ultimate
iolo SystemMechanic latest version

SystemMechanic had quarantined something but a SystemShield scan found nothing. Turned my computer off for the day.

Turned it on, went thru all the boot up to the point where I should choose a user account and it only showed a black screen, with a solid cursor that can be moved around.
Boot in Safe mode, same result.
Restore point, same result.
I have my Windows 7 disk, so I could get a command prompt, I juat don't know what to do from there.
I do believe it to be a malware/virus issue because of the quarantine.
