My timezone on my computer is -8 when it should be -5 and everytime i set the time 3 hours (like, it'll say 3PM when it should be 6PM) then it'll change a couple of seconds later. Is this a problem that involves a virus or something? I just want to fix it. thank you

Have you tried changing the time zone?  Control Panel \ Date and Time \ Change time zone button.  Change to the appropriate time zone.

Yeah. Doesn't do anything. Think it's a virus or something?
