Hi all,

My name is Constantijn and yesterday I got infected by annoying malware. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit) with Service Packs installed.

When I startup my computer I run into the following errors from the so called Adobe Installer: Installer failed tot initialize. This was suspicious, so I looked in my task manager for foreign applications and/or services. I ran into BMDStreamingServer.exe, I can terminate it, but a couple of seconds later another service 27218346293184.exe pops up and starts up BMDStreamingServer.exe again.

I downloaded the following programs:

AVG Free 2015 (but I can't run it, it's blocked by the malware)

ComboFix (but I can't run it, it's blocked by the malware)

dds

Defogger

FRST64

HijackThis (but I can't run it, it's blocked by the malware)

mbam-setup-2.0.3.1025 (but I can't run it, it's blocked by the malware)

OTL

revosetup

tdsskiller (developed by Kaspersky, finds the rootstrapper, deletes it, but it keeps coming back)

unhide

BMDStreamingServer.exe is located in C:\{$1284-9213-2940-1289$} and has Windows registry entries. I can't find the location of 27218346293184.exe :-( I stay in a closed loop, I can't get to it!

A lot of programs and rescue tools, but I don't know where to start. Please help!

With kind regards, Constantijn
