had this problem this morning on a pc
ran roguekiller which found and remove the issue.
running eset online scanner now to find any other issues.
there is 2 version x86 and x64 version
malwarebtyes did not find it when I ran it first

dllhost.exe COM Surrogate issues using up memory and CPU

here is what eset found

C:\Users\**\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\745NVITY\h7wmqxcpno[1].htm JS/Exploit.Agent.NHC trojan cleaned by deleting - quarantined
C:\Users\**\Downloads\Java_Setup.exe a variant of Win32/InstallCore.PK potentially unwanted application deleted - quarantined
