Have you contacted your I.S.P. to find if this is OK< and your settings are correct ??

 

This is the first option "always"

No isp involved in smartphone to pc connections.

 

Mujaheed did you setup the wifi on your pc to be a hot spot?  Reason you are getting that message is you either are not getting a ip address from the pc or you are but are not getting a gateway address.

 

Look at the phones network settings to see what ip address/gateway you are getting.
