Hi there,

I have a compal tsb24h1 dvd/cdrw. Every time I try to play an avi file which I have downloaded and burned to cd, the player hangs after between 20 and 30 minutes. I have tried playing the cd with windows 10, real, divx and quicktime players but it happens every time and with every cd I burn. This drive has been working fine till now. I have checked for an updated driver but I have the latest. I used windows device troubleshooter. It says everything is fine. Can anyone tell me is this a hardware problem or am I having some sort of software problem.

Any help would be REALLY appreciated. This is driving me nuts.

Thanks in advance,
