Please excuse my English.

I've soft-modded my Nintendo Wii and one Homebrew App can only read from FAT32 and another from NTFS. I want to have one flash drive that contains both partitions. I formatted my drive with both partitions using EASUS but EASUS won't let me give my second NTFS partition a drive letter. It gives an error:

"Windows only recognize the first primrary partition on a removable device. If no primary partitions, only the first logical partition is recognized."

I found this Lexar USB Format tool but I can't get it to work.
