if i restore my computer to its original settings, will Net framework be reinstalled?
or is there another way to reinstall Net framework?
you are dealing with a real computer dummy here.

I assume you have a reason for restoring your computer. You're quite likely to lose everything you have on your computer if it isn't backed up and you restore it.

If you're just having problems with .net framework, you can download and use the cleanup tool found here, and then download a new version of .net framework here.
