Hey Guys- I have an HP Pavillion p637ot,2.9 gig,4 gigs of memory- Windows 7 64 bit computer. My printer is an HP Office jet 4630 series.  When I try to delete documents or cancel them - the printer will not let them go- and will not print anything else until I reboot the computer. Then it prints the spooled documents and will print normally- not a crisis, bet very annoying!!! Any advise?

Hi,

My first thought is to completely remove all of the drivers for that printer, reboot, and then go to the HP site and download the latest driver for that printer. After installing the new package report back if the problem persists.

Keep us posted

Thanks Dick- I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it - there was an additional update on the software at the HP site. All seems to be working normally again! Paul
