Hi there,

Just a few weeks this started. I am a writer/ blogger and use lots of photos/pictures.  When I right click on any photo/picture I get an hourglass that hangs forever. At one time I got an error message that windows explorer was not working. I am totally frustrated now, having spent hours with Dell technicians who have tried basically everything I have. Virus checks, malware checks, updating video drivers. I am at the end of my rope by now. I am sure this must have an easy fix.

I would SO appreciate any help so I can get rid of this nightmare and proceed to use photos easily again. As I said this is JUST new- about three weeks ago. No new software installed- just update on video driver. I have a Dell XPS 17 (L702X)

Thanks so very much for your help.
