Replacing a keyboard on an Asus X401a

I have replaced many keyboards but I can not for the life of me figure out how to get the keyboard off so I can install a new one. The laptop is an Asus X401a. Attached is a picture.

From what I have been able to determine, the keyboard is integral to the whole front bezel. See this from ebay.
