Windows proxy settings

What should I do when windows could not automatically detect this network proxy settings.

I would first try a System Restore to a point where you know it worked. See here ... http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/windows-8-system-restore-guide/ .




If that doesn't do it, go to this MS site ...
