Hi TechGeeks, I would like to ask something about gpupdate,

Is there a way to update my group policy without prompting my domain members to update their computers?

Thank you in advance guys.

yeh it defaul refreshes every 90 minutes, now did you want a user or computer update policy? If its one user then i would use this command.

wmic /node:SomeRemoteComputer process call create 'gpupdate /force'

Now on the Server/domainServer fire off the command gpmc.msc and navigate to ComputerConfig/AdminTelmplates/System/GroupPolicy then double click on "Group polic refresh intervals" and set it to what you like.

Just note on slow nodes it can be a hassel.
