Wireless Router time out

Hi,

I have real trouble with my wireless internet. Although I have turbo internet from TWC, when browsing with my Pc or Mac the webpages either take really long to load or time out. And I am not talking about heavy pages, I mean even google doesn't load. The problem is limited to my PC and Mac, my iphone and Roku are not affected. My ipad sometimes is slow but it eventually gets there. 
Sometimes the internet is super fast and sometimes it times out, it is really erratic with no patern of when this happens. The issue is not the wifi signal or proximity to the router as I have full bars and have even moved the router next to the pc and still face the same problem. I have restarted the system, with no improvement.
I am convinced it has something to do with my router or computer settings. 

I have various diagnostics if you need them but am only including an event log so as not to make the post too long.

I would really appreciate your help as this is crippling me.

Faults like this, "Started Unicast maintenance ranging-No response received-T3 time out", indicate modem failure. I would make copies of the logs you currently have and contact my ISP.

I called my cable company and it looks like it's a problem with the router which I am now replacing.
