Intel HD 4300 + Radeon HD 8850M

Well this is rather not a problem but a simple curiosity. I would like to know how much does Intel HD 4400 or any Intel CPU integrated GPU improve overall graphics and performance especially in gaming when combined with another GPU.

They don't work like that, the integrated is for when you are running less intensive programs to conserve battery life, then when the power is needed it switches over to the other GPU
