This Layer thing has got me stumped and I promised my wife I would get the front cover of her book done for her. I'm trying to design it, but not working out to well. I have 3 pictures that I need to place, Title and Sub Title below that. Down the bottom her name. The final thing is a shattered piece of glass over all with images showing through. I've been try to do this for 2 days and I am nowhere. I just do not know why I can't get it. Sorry, didn't me to get carried away.

 

I think the best solution for me is to have screen shots to follow, but being that is a lot of work to put together any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am using Windows 8.1 and the version of Paint Shop Pro installed version is # X10

Layers take some time to learn, adjusting opacity, etc., do not get discouraged!
