I am helping to clear out a computer that I bought for my grandson.  He allowed a friend to use it for a few days and it got loaded down with malware and such.  I seem to have gotten rid of everything, but IE and Firefox are still now working properly.  Whenever I try to use IE, it opens properly but if you navigate to a site, you get a redirect to res://C:\Windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm.

With Firefox, when you try to navigate to a site, you get an error message such as:

The page at http://www.facebook.com/ could not be loaded.

I have tried running the Fixit from Microsoft, and reinstalling Firefox.  Neither helped.

This computer has both Norton Family and Webwatcher installed.

Here is my DDS log.  The attached file DDS (Ver_2012-11-20.01) - NTFS_AMD64
