Hi there guys,

 

  I'm making a website using microsoft frontpage, which is simple and less bs.. anyways, i was just wondering on how to put a revolving patrol car into website, along with flashing light on top of the website page.?

 

I'm pretty new in this type of thing and i would like to learn how and what do i need inorder to put these 2 items onto my website?

ahh, okay what is a good easy to use software that i can use to create this?

 

Does this also apply in adding a revolving flashing yellow light as well?

There are many free animated gif makers on line

 

You can do the same for your flashing light

 

You need the photo that you are going to use upload it to the gif maker 

 

give it a shot if you can't figure it out post back.
