My wife has a Lenovo Mix 11 tablet running Windows 8.1 after a recent update the system hangs on 100% don't turn off computer. It has been about 14 hours hanging. I tried to turn it off but keep coming back to the same message. Anyone able to suggest the problem and how to fix?
