The software asks for my email address and I enter it (Mod Edit: email address removed, protection from spam bots) . It then asks for password and I enter the only two passwords that I have ever had and it refuses to install.  Please help !

I would try the personnel responsible for support of stated application...chances are they would be more familiar with such instances than any member of this forum is likely to be.

Was this a Steam install? If it is, I would go to the Steam forums for help.
