Hello  I've just done a complete restore using Samsung Recovery 4 so I can give a clean PC to my granddaughter and an old user account hasn't been deleted.  It contains a number of files and I don't think I should delete it.  I've tried renaming the file but the old name is still there in the list of users and the tree.   Any ideas please?

What are these "files"?  It may help if you provide more information on these "files".  Are they personal data files?

Hi Thanks for your time and effort.  After your prompt I looked more closely at the files and realised that although I didn't recognise them they were personal files and I just dumped the user account.  Thanks again.
