Hi John. I was wondering if you could help me with a failed download of Windows 8.1 from a Windows 8 OS. My Mobile Hotspot died on new me and my computer lost the link to it so it stalled the download right at the end. I tried to reconnect but the devices wouldn't read each other. My laptop was froze at 87%. So I manually cut the laptop off. When I cut it back on it said it was reinstalling Windows 8 Settings. After a couple minutes a blue SCREEN appeared with the text Choose an Option at the top with 5 options to choose from below that. I chose the first option Continue 'Exit and Continue to Windows 8'. It started loading, went to a black screen while doing so and after say 30 seconds it went right back to the blue Choose an Option screen. Every try gets the same result. My goal is to get back to Windows 8 so I can once again try to update to Windows 8.1. And not lose Internet connection this time:) Any help you could give would be a blessing John. Thanks.
